Sultan Hasanuddin International Airport

Regarded as one of the most important gateways to the eastern part of Indonesia for the people of South Sulawesi, Hasanuddin International Airport (UPG) is operated by PT Angkasa Pura I. It is named after the Sultan of Gowa Sultan Hasanuddin, a war hero who waged a tough battle against the Dutch East India Company in the 1660s.
