• First and foremost, refunds will only be issued on refundable fares. 
• Holders of non-refundable tickets will not be entitled to claim a reimbursement. 
• No claims can be made on SunEco tickets since they are non-refundable.

• In case the cause for the flight delay or reversal is not within the controlling capacity of the carrier.

• If you have made a request more than 30 days before the departure of SunPremium flights, you will be charged only 25% of the fare.

Tip: To save as many fees as possible, you can undo your ticket well in advance before the official take-off of your reserved flight. 

The rules and the fees are different for flights operating within Turkey, that is, domestic flights. Given below are the charges: 

• A fee of USD 12 or 220 Turkish Lira has to be paid on all flight reversals made 8 hours before the scheduled departure time of the plane. 
• Appeals for revocations cannot be made less than 6 hours prior to the departure of the flight. 
• These conditions are applicable to all ticket fares including SunEco, SunClass, and SunPremium tickets. 

Note: Not only ticket reversals, but even rebooking of the canceled flight tickets can be done within the stipulated period of time. Hence, it is recommended that you are quick in your proceedings and claims.
