Montréal–Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, also known as Montréal–Trudeau Airport or simply Trudeau Airport, is the main international airport serving Greater Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is located in the borough of Dorval, 20 kilometres (12 mi) west of downtown Montreal.
Montréal–Trudeau is the busiest airport in Quebec and the third-busiest airport in Canada by passenger traffic, with 15.9 million passengers in 2022. It is one of eight Canadian airports with United States border preclearance and is one of the main gateways into Canada with 13.1 million or 65% of its passengers being on non-domestic flights.
Trudeau Airport is also a major economic hub for Montreal and Quebec, and employs over 28,000 people. It is also a significant contributor to the province’s GDP.
