Douglas-Charles Airport, also known as Melville Hall Airport, is the main international airport in Dominica. It is located on the northeast coast of the island, approximately 2 miles (3.2 km) northwest of the town of Marigot. The airport is named after two prominent Dominican politicians: Eugenia Charles, the first female Prime Minister of Dominica, and Pearle Christian Douglas, the first Chief Minister of Dominica.

Douglas-Charles Airport has one main terminal with five concourses: A, B, C, D, and E.

Concourse A has 22 gates and is used by Air Canada, American, Contour Airlines, Delta, Frontier, JetBlue, Southwest, Spirit, and United. Phase one of its expansion was completed in 2018, and phases two and three are expected to begin construction in 2020 and 2023, respectively, with plans to add 18 additional gates.

Concourse B has 16 gates and is used almost exclusively by American Airlines. It also features an Admirals Club.

Concourse C has 8 gates and is also used by American Airlines. It is also used for American Eagle flights, which are operated by Republic Airline. An Admirals Club can be found in the intersection between the C and D concourses.

Concourse D has 13 gates and serves as the international concourse. All international arrivals are handled at this facility. American operates some domestic flights from this concourse. It is also used by Lufthansa and Volaris.

Concourse E has 6 gates and is exclusively used for American Eagle flights, which operates over 340 flights per day. Gates E1 through E3 are available for any air carrier to use.
